“Students are the center of Middlesex Community College.”That’s been our mission for nearly 55 years. Now more than ever, MxCC students are looking to us as their college and as leaders in a community gravely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.With this in mind, the Middlesex Community College Foundation has launched a new fund, MxCC Cares. Many of our students already juggle work, family, and college responsibilities. Some may now be facing unemployment, caring for children suddenly at home due to school closures, attending to family members who may be ill, and struggling to adapt to online college classes.MxCC Cares will provide emergency funds to our students immediately. Your donation can help students who are struggling to pay their bills while also trying to finish the semester. Your gifts will also allow us to provide scholarships for summer courses when traditional financial aid is limited… and for short-term job retraining workshops once the public health crisis subsides.We are grateful for your support for MxCC students during this crisis.
